These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CaptureLife Academy website (the "Site") and our digital photography courses and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and Services and must discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of CaptureLife Academy is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site and Services. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them.
2. Description of Services
CaptureLife Academy provides online and in-person digital photography courses, tutorials, and related educational resources. The Services may include, but are not limited to, online course access, downloadable resources, community forums, and instructor support. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Course Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in our courses is subject to availability. Payment for courses must be made in full prior to accessing course materials. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment methods. All fees are quoted in Russian Rubles (RUB) unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or other charges associated with your enrollment.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a refund policy for our courses, subject to the following conditions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your enrollment date if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@capturelifeacademy.ru. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period or if you have accessed more than 20% of the course content. Individual modules or resources purchased separately are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included as part of the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of CaptureLife Academy or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends, or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.
You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site or Services. Your use of the Site and Services does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of CaptureLife Academy and the copyright owner.

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site and Services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Site and Services. 11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
12. Changes to Terms
CaptureLife Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Site or Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site and Services.
